We’re happy to share that four of our recent mixed reality ad campaigns won at the FOOH Awards 2026, across Travel & Hospitality and Food & Beverage.
Our “Your Vacation Starts Now” campaign for Discover Airlines received Gold in Travel & Hospitality. Our work with McDonald’s received Silver in Food & Beverage, while Schärdinger and Sölden each received Bronze.
Each campaign came with a different brief and creative direction, and we had the chance to work with some great teams to bring them to life. Here’s a closer look at the four projects and the ideas behind them.
1. Discover Airlines — Gold in Travel & Hospitality
For Discover Airlines’ “Your Vacation Starts Now” campaign, we transformed an airport departure lounge into the beginning of a beach holiday. Passengers carrying float rings and wearing snorkeling gear queue inside the terminal before an enormous yellow and blue water slide is revealed.
The campaign line gave us a simple idea to build around: make the vacation start before passengers even board their flight. We loved working with the Discover Airlines team to take that idea somewhere a little unexpected.
2. McDonald’s — Silver in Food & Beverage
For this campaign, we worked with Kubrik Creative and their client McDonald’s Austria to promote the new Cheesy Dip. The concept covers the McDonald’s restaurant on Johannesgasse 3 in melted cheese, with it pouring down the building facade as the camera passes.
The idea takes the product’s main feature and exaggerates it across the restaurant itself, keeping the visual simple and immediately connected to the Cheesy Dip.
A big thank you to Kubrik Creative and McDonald’s Austria for trusting us to bring the idea to life.
3. Schärdinger — Bronze in Food & Beverage
For Schärdinger Protein Cottage Cheese, we made the product packaging part of the action. A man runs through a park and jumps through an enormous version of the pack before emerging with the regular-sized product in hand. Having the actor interact directly with the pack gave us a simple way to bring both details into the same scene.
The stunt uses the packaging itself to highlight the product’s x4 format, while the workout setting connects naturally to its high-protein positioning. Schärdinger gave us plenty to play with creatively here, and we’re glad we got to turn the pack itself into part of the stunt.
4. Sölden — Bronze in Travel & Hospitality
For Sölden, we created a huge snow elephant that rises beside a skier on a slope in the Ötztal Valley. The elephant moves through the resort before spraying powder into the air and revealing the announcement for HANNIBAL on April 10, 2026. The alpine setting shaped the idea and creating the elephant from snow allowed the CGI to feel connected to the surroundings.
The alpine setting shaped the idea, with the snow elephant connecting the CGI directly to Sölden and the upcoming mountain show. And we couldn’t have asked for a much better playground than Sölden’s slopes for this one.
Conclusion
We’re very happy to see these four projects among this year’s FOOH Awards winners. More than anything, we’re grateful to the clients, collaborators, and teams who trusted us to work on them and helped bring each idea to life.
Each campaign gave us something different to work with, whether that was a campaign line, a product detail, or a location. Seeing the finished projects receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze is a nice way to celebrate the work that went into them.
Thank you to the FOOH Awards 2026 jury, and congratulations to all the other artists, studios, agencies, and brands awarded this year.
