We’re rendersnek, an international creative studio based in Vienna, Austria. We specialize in high-end Fake Out Of Home (FOOH) ads and Mixed Reality short-form content for social media, blending real footage with CGI to challenge reality and stop the scroll.

We’re looking for a Creative Director who lives at the intersection of concept, taste, and execution—someone who understands how bold ideas become great social content and how they actually get produced.

Here's what we're looking for:

As Creative Director, you’ll shape the creative vision of our FOOH and mixed-reality projects—from early concept to final delivery. You’ll work closely with 3D artists, VFX, and production to ensure ideas are not just exciting, but producible, realistic, and scroll-stopping.

This role is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on short-form social content.

Your mission:

• Lead creative direction for FOOH & mixed-reality projects

• Develop strong concepts tailored for short-form, social-first formats

• Define look, mood, pacing, and realism for 3D & VFX executions

• Translate ideas into clear creative direction for 3D artists and VFX

• Collaborate closely with production to ensure feasibility, timing, and quality

• Maintain a high visual and conceptual standard across all projects

• Present ideas and creative rationale internally and to clients when needed

Essential skills for your mission:

• Ability to balance ambition with execution realities

• Responsive & proactive

• Curious

• An attentive and empathic nature

• Strong background in 3D, VFX, or CGI-driven content

• Deep understanding of short-form social content

• Confident in using Higgsfield/ Freepik or similar

• You know basic Photoshop, Premier & After Effects, DaVinci

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English

Bonus skills:

• Great written and verbal communication skills in German

• Experience working with production workflows (on-set, post, VFX pipelines)

We are looking for a

creative and skilled 3D Animator & VFX specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting engaging, realistic animations that challenge the boundaries of traditional advertising. You’ll have the opportunity to play a part in unique Mixed Realty Videos.

Your mission:

• Collaborate and support our creative team making 3D animations and/ or simulations for FOOH and mixed reality projects

• Challenging Reality using CGI - achieving highly realistic results

• Pro active communication with our team

Essential skills for your mission:

• At least 3 years of experience as a 3D-Artist

• Blender is your creative playground

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English

• An attentive and empathic nature

• Responsive

Bonus skills:

• Great written and verbal communication skills in German
