Your mission:

• Collaborate and support our creative team making 3D animations and/ or creating stunning simulations for FOOH and mixed reality projects like this: https://rendersnek.com/projects/vapiano

• Challenging Reality using CGI - achieving highly realistic results

• Proactive communication with our team

Essential skills for your mission:

• Responsive & proactive

• Independent working attitude

• Curious

• An attentive and empathic nature

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D-Artist

• Experience in Live Action VFX

• Houdini is your creative playground

• A strong sense for photorealistic effects

• Experience with Simulations inside of Houdini (Particles, RBD, Vellum and Flip - Pyro and MPM is a plus)

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English

Bonus skills:

• Experience with Blender

• Basics in Photoshop, Premier & After Effects or DaVinci Resolve & Fusion

• Great written and verbal communication skills in German

We’re seeking a visionary Art Director to join our small but highly effective team. If you have a keen eye for design, strong leadership skills, and experience guiding creative projects in the VFX or animation space, you might be the one!

Your mission:

- Lead and inspire the creative team on FOOH and mixed reality projects like this: https://rendersnek.com/projects/vapiano

- Oversee the visual development process from concept to final delivery

- Ensure a cohesive and high-quality visual direction across all projects

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet creative goals

- Come up with innovative ideas that push the boundaries of CGI and storytelling

Essential skills for your mission:

- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in the VFX or animation field

- Exceptional design skills and an ability to guide visual narratives

- Proficiency with Blender, Houdini, and other relevant software

- Experience working with Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci

- Great written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to lead a team, give constructive feedback, and maintain high creative standards

Bonus skills:

- Great written and verbal communication skills in German

- Experience in creating visually stunning campaigns for advertising
