Here's what we're looking for:

As Creative Director, you’ll shape the creative vision of our FOOH and mixed-reality projects—from early concept to final delivery. You’ll work closely with 3D artists, VFX, and production to ensure ideas are not just exciting, but producible, realistic, and scroll-stopping.

This role is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on short-form social content.

Your mission:

• Lead creative direction for FOOH & mixed-reality projects

• Develop strong concepts tailored for short-form, social-first formats

• Define look, mood, pacing, and realism for 3D & VFX executions

• Translate ideas into clear creative direction for 3D artists and VFX

• Collaborate closely with production to ensure feasibility, timing, and quality

• Maintain a high visual and conceptual standard across all projects

• Present ideas and creative rationale internally and to clients when needed

Essential skills for your mission:

About Us:

We’re a creative production company blending real-world video with 3D and CGI to create high-impact social content and out-of-home campaigns. Our projects move fast, our clients are global, and our work sits at the intersection of creativity and technical precision. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take operational ownership—keeping productions running smoothly, clients well-informed, and opportunities moving forward.

Your Role:

You’ll act as our operational multiplier—handling the logistics, coordination, and client communication that allow our creative leads to focus on higher-value work. You’ll work closely with the founders and creative leads to organize productions, maintain relationships, and keep our pipeline running efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

Production Logistics

• Coordinate shoots and postproduction workflows (locations, permits, crew, vendors)

• Anticipate and troubleshoot production challenges

• Build and maintain relationships with production partners and vendors

Client & Team Communication

• Serve as the bridge between artists and clients—translating creative updates into clear, client-friendly language

• Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables

• Ask clarifying questions early to prevent miscommunication or scope creep

Business Development Support

• Maintain CRM and organize client outreach tasks

• Identify and re-engage past clients with thoughtful follow-ups

• Draft client emails and proposals that align with our current tone and style

Operational Efficiency

• Track project timelines and deliverables in Notion (or similar tools)

• Keep tasks, files, and follow-ups organized and visible

• Operate independently, with minimal micromanagement

Your Ideal Background:

• Experience in film/video production or creative agency environments

• Strong understanding of production logistics and client service

• Familiarity with 3D, VFX, or postproduction pipelines is a plus

• Excellent written and spoken German and English

• Comfortable working remotely and managing distributed teams
